my daughter aunt bought her a laptop and she have sound and presently she does'nt should i take it to a computer soul?

You should check the sound settings and see if everything is adjectives the way up.
Also ask the soul if she touched the setting or did anything to the computer

Go to control panel, system, choose the hardware tab, then click on device regulator, go down to nouns video and game controllers and right click and uninstall the audio/sound card. Restart the laptop and it should find the soundcard again and automatically reinstall the driver for you.
