My cursor decide to roam from one word to another or to jump up onto the dash above. I cant get it to stay on the sentence I am typing. Do you come up with its under the influence of drink or does it purely like wandering stale on its own?

If you own a touchpad on your laptop it can do that, usally if you give it a worthy few taps to seize it aligned again.
Would a star make you have a feeling better?
Go to the Control Panel and look at your Mouse options. Changing some of the settings may relieve. I have also found that reinstalling the mouse driver help on some laptops that were exhibiting this same gentle of behavior. Good luck!
try checking your keyboard conceivably some key have been stuck or pressed, or if your using an optical mouse, replaced your mouse wad which is not glossy.
