Help next to RAM?

I read this at crucial.com but I can't really make out what this means. The wording is terrifically tricky. Here it is: Each memory slot can hold SDRAM, PC133 with a maximum of 128MB per slot.*

*Not to exceed capitalist supported memory.

Does this mean that I can't exceed 128MB of memory or I can't exceed 288MB of RAM? Help?

Help next to RAM?

the computer have slots not just one and respectively slot cannot exceed more then 128 mb but it CANT exceed 128mb per slot but it CAN exceed 288mb of run into..atleast i think so LOL

And Bill you are retarded -_- why would he squander money and trash the computer? and if it cant run vista doesnt mean anything even though it CAN because i hold 3 computer with 512 strike that are running Vista PERFECTLY so do not say point of which you dont have much *experience about* because it seem i have more afterwards you :P
Each slot can only hold 128 MB of RAM. If you hold two slots, then you can install up to 256 MB of RAM.
It medium you can't exceed 128MB or RAM per slot.

Your total ram would be number of slots times 128 -

If I be you, I would trash that PC. It is OLD.

With four slots that would only grant you 512 MB of RAM and that is not sufficient to run VISTA and a short time ago barley Run XP.

it means the you can single use sticks of PC133SDRAM of 128M or less, and, obviously, only as lots sticks as there are slots.

so max strike would be 128M*number of slots.
Your maximum RAM is 128MB x the # of slots you have. If you own 2 slots then your computer can singular handle 256MB of RAM (2 times 128MB). SDRAM PC133 is the type of RAM.
it way you have to slots you can get hold of one more SDRAM PC133 of 128mb
