My laptop will not nouns windows and say NTLDR has bungled when doing a full system restore I get the message STOP: c000021a {Fatal system error} the window logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000006 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
I a short time ago want to be able to reformat the rugged drive but have found myself within a pickle.

At the BIOS screen hit F12. From this menu you seize to the option to use CD-Rom. Hopefully you hold your install disks.
