I not long got an Acer Ttravelmate 230, but it dosent come across to work unless i have the charger plugged within, and still when i have the charger plugged contained by if i move it slightly then the integral thing shorts out and i enjoy to start the computer all over again, please backing

Sounds like any the charger or the socket it plugs into on the laptop need to be replaced. Possibly the battery-operated as well, although it may not be charging because of the charger or socket.



You can try buying a replacement charger, but replacing the socket is a livelihood for a professional. I wouldn't attempt it yourself unless you know what you're doing.
