Help! HP notebook problem?

try adjusting the resolution , right click within the area of the desktop, click Properties, click settings, later under Screen resolution, slide the slider to the moved out, adjust it until you get it the process you want it. If its Vista, then right click an nouns of the desktop, and click Personalize. Also to see the start menu, you can press the Windows flag button on the keyboard
a moment ago adjust the monitor settings and you shoud see the tool bar.
Try right clicking on it.
Hi Kiwi.

You read out you can get the small double head arrow when you put the cursor down where the duty bar should be, if so right click the small arrow.

In the menu that appears click 'Properties'.

In the dialogue box that appears click within the box alongside Lock the Taskbar.

The taskbar should now appear and stay where on earth its' supposed to be. Only right click the double headed arrow.

Hope this solves your problem.
