Not going to happen unless you want a busted laptop next to missing parts or a stolen laptop. You need at smallest $200-300 for a laptop that is going to do anything.

It's impossible to get a laptop below $300. You know what you can get for free? An hollow laptop box, or maybe a picture of a laptop. Even better is a dream of you getting a laptop for below $20.
