Firewire on a laptop??

i hold a dell laptop and a canon camcorder. my camcorder has a 4-pin firewire slot and my laptop one and only has usb ports i don't want to spend alot of money so what can i do?

You can usually find what you phone a PCMCIA card that will go into a slot on the side of your computer for nearly $20-40 at a local computer store that will add ports to your computer, for example, you entail firewire ports. It will give you the ordinary sized firewire ports and the 4pin small firewire port.
