take home sure that your wireless receiver is close satisfactory to your keyboard and use a suitable brand of batteries.
Maybe you're too far away from the sensor and obligation to move closer to it. If you have anything plugged surrounded by, it's worth checking the connections to make sure they're snug.
Try moving the upright around and see what happens, clearly it's something blocking the signal characteristic. Better help for this is probably on the the ivories manual.
